The aim of this course is for participants to develop basic skills and knowledge in the management of workplace injuries.
The 2 days training course includes practical exercises, role play and case studies which will assist you in developing an understanding of the key principles which underline a safe and early return to work of injured workers and return to their pre-injury duties.

Your RTW Coordinator will identify the needs of injured workers, understand the constraints of your organisation and will facilitate teamwork between the injured worker and their manager, your insurer and any treating health professionals to develop and implement a return to work plan to attain the RTW goal(s) identified.
TARGET GROUP: This is level one training and is suitable for return to work coordinators who have little or no experience and for any person who has not previously completed a SIRA return to coordinator course.
