The purpose of WHS Risk Management training for frontline staff is to provide staff with the skills and knowledge in elements of WHS risk management and associated procedures, in order to ensure compliance with WHS legislation in protecting staff and visitors within the workplace from risk of injury, illness or harm.
WHS Act 2011 (the responsibility and obligations of the worker) is strongly emphasised during role-plays, and problem solving techniques using case studies in this training course.
