Effective Conflict Resolution

Conflict in the workplace seems to be a way of life. Effective Conflict Resolution workshop will assist participants to embrace a positive approach to conflict resolution by focusing on the issues rather than the individuals, in a professional, non-confrontational and courteous way.

This course will demonstrate the four-step process to assist you in working towards resolving conflicts. You will also learn crucial conflict resolution skills, including dealing with anger and using the agreement frame.
