The aim of this course is for participants to develop basic skills and knowledge in the management of workplace injuries.

The 2 days training course includes practical exercises, role play and case studies which will assist you in developing an understanding of the key principles which underline a safe and early return to work of injured workers and return to their pre-injury duties. 

This is level one training and is suitable for return to work coordinators who have little or no experience and for any person who has not previously completed a SIRA Return to Coordinator course.

  •  A certificate will be issued at the completion of the program.

3 programs $95.00 plus GST per person

This interactive workshop has been developed to assist managers and supervisors in providing their staff with the skills, knowledge and understanding to support clients that engage in challenging behaviours. The training incorporates the National and State Disability Service Act and Standards, as well as relevant government related policies of best practice. Group activities will be conducted to further enhance your staff’s understanding of the term challenging behaviours and why they occur. We will look at the principles of adapting a positive approach to behaviour support and positive practice, as well as prevention and pro-active approaches, which also focus on staff keeping themselves safe.
